Appointments & Booking
Appointments may be scheduled online or in person. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain a valid credit card on file when required.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours are subject to a 50% service charge

• Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 100% service charge

• No-call, no-show appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service

All fees are based on the full service price and are not adjusted for discounts or promotions.
If a payment cannot be processed, the outstanding balance must be paid before booking future appointments.

Payments
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated. We accept approved forms of payment and may require a card on file for booking or memberships. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees, including cancellation or no-show charges.

Memberships
Memberships, including but not limited to Blowout Club, are subject to the following:

• Memberships require a minimum commitment as outlined at enrollment

• Payments are billed automatically on a recurring basis

• Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Missed or unused services do not roll over

• Failure to process payment may result in suspension of membership benefits

Early cancellation may require payment of the remaining balance of the agreement.

Services & Results
All services are performed with professional care and attention. However, results may vary based on factors such as hair type, condition, previous color history, and at-home maintenance. We do not guarantee specific results.

Product Purchases & Returns
Retail products may be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Promotions & Discounts
Promotions, discounts, and special offers:

• Cannot be combined unless otherwise stated

• Have no cash value

• May be modified or discontinued at any time

Limitation of Liability
