When booking appointments over $100, we do need a credit card on file to secure your appointment but nothing will be charged at that time.

If you need to cancel your appointment we ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can fill that opening with another appointment.
If you cancel after the 24 hours or no call/no show your credit card on file will result in a 50% charge of your appointment total.
If you no-call/no-show to your appointment, your credit card on file will result in 100% charge.
In the result you are not satisfied with your service(s) at MJS, we will offer a "redo" free of charge within 2 weeks of your initial appointment. MJS does not offer monetary refunds.
HOLIDAY SEASON POLICIES
During the holiday season due to high demand of appointments, we will be doing confirmation calls, texts and emails 3 days prior to your appointment.
We do need a credit card on file for any appointment booked November through December.
If you no call/no show the day of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of service(s) booked off the full price, this will be excluding any promotions or discounts.
