At Miles Joseph Studios, we value your time and strive to provide excellent service. Please review our policies below.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
Clients must provide at least 72 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service(s).
NO SHOWS
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Additionally, clients who no-show will be required to prepay for all future appointments.
CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENT
A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the policies outlined above.
REDO POLICY
We take great pride in our work and are committed to client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we offer a complimentary redo within 14 days of your original appointment.
Please Note: Redos do not apply to changes in preference or dissatisfaction with results based on personal preference.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused products only.
Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
